Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Customer-centric with strong communication and collaboration.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays; fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotions, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and comply with policies, including health and safety.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
