Job summary

Enmarket is seeking Sales Associates to ensure proper and efficient operation of the station during shifts, delivering friendly, in-store service and helping customers with a positive attitude.

You will handle customer interactions, promote specials, and support safety and housekeeping. This role requires flexibility, ability to stand and lift light loads, and a commitment to inclusive, equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level to make change and balance shop items.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to validate Identification before selling tobacco/alcohol as required by regulations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule as needed to cover shifts.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Greet customers, promote specials, and provide excellent service.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate store updates to management.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and appearance and follow health regulations.
