Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and safety programs.
• Supports and follows labor laws, policies, and procedures.
