Candidates should bring strong customer service skills, adaptability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you’ll be part of a team focused on growth and learning within a Fortune 100 company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and handle change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Support store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in safety programs and assist in shrink-reduction efforts.
