Job summary

Papa Johns is seeking a team member to ensure accuracy of orders, deliver friendly customer service, and support a clean, efficient restaurant operation. You will learn delivery area procedures, assist with meal preparation, and help drive sales through excellent service.

The role is hourly, non-exempt, and requires flexibility for shifts including nights and weekends. Training and cross-training across stations may be provided to support restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Must be cross-trained and perform other workstation duties as needed.
• Bilingual in certain markets may be required.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy and provide quality customer service.
• Work as part of a team and assist with closing duties and cleanliness.
• Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions using the PROFIT System.
