Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Maintenance Technicians to keep our locations clean, safe, and well-maintained. You’ll assist management to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences, with training provided if you have no prior experience.

This role involves servicing HVAC, fuel systems, trucks, refrigeration, and other equipment, plus occasional cross-training in related departments. Physical work includes lifting 25+ pounds and working in various temperatures.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with focus on positive service experiences.
• Assists multiple store/restaurant/truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance and service tasks.
• Able to use tools and perform basic repairs; physical work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and issue resolution to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist store, restaurant and truck care teams with maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Utilize tools to clean and maintain facilities, inspect equipment, and support repairs as needed.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store/Cashier/Facility roles where required.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction in accordance with company policies.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds; work in varying temperatures.
