Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our facilities safe, clean, and well‑maintained, while assisting the manager to ensure smooth operations and fast service for customers.

No experience? No problem—training will be provided. You should be able to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures, performing cleaning, basic repairs, and routine inspections.

Responsibilities

• This is a customer-facing position with general customer service duties including assisting customers and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facilities, perform basic repairs (HVAC, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration), pressure washing, plumbing, site inspections, and other duties.
• Cross-train in departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction by following company safety policies and procedures.
