Job summary

City Mill in Honolulu is seeking a Retail Store Associate to join our team. You will deliver friendly, fast, and professional service while keeping the store clean, organized, and inviting. This role supports customers and helps create a positive shopping experience.

Key duties include operating the POS, assisting inquiries, stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store standards. A friendly attitude and willingness to learn across functions are essential in a dynamic home-improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of twelve months of equivalent experience in a related field (e.g. Customer Service, Retail, Sales).
• Ability to operate a cash register, calculator, telephone, and PC as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate the POS system and assist with customer inquiries.
• Provide friendly, fast, and professional service while keeping the store clean and inviting.
• Stock, merchandise, and maintain store upkeep; follow company policies and procedures.
• Be flexible and willing to learn other store functions and sell strategies.
