Job summary

Ace Hardware is seeking a friendly, outgoing team member to greet and assist customers, find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Training will be provided, and there is an emphasis on community service and a fast-paced, high-energy store environment.

Team members will greet customers, help them with their projects, stand on their feet for most shifts, and lift up to 80 pounds. Cell phones are not allowed on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Welcomes customers, assists with finding products and answers questions.
• No required hardware experience; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and guide them to what they need.
• Assist with purchases and build a positive shopping experience.
• Lift up to 80 pounds and stay on your feet for shifts (6–8 hours).
• Avoid using cell phones or smart watches on the sales floor.
