Westlake Ace Hardware, part of Ace Retail Group, is seeking a Sales Associate to assist in receiving, stocking, pricing, and maintaining a clean presentation across the store. You will help customers with product information and ensure an excellent shopping experience.

The role emphasizes friendly, proactive service and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Standing and light lifting are expected, with opportunities to advance through store operations support.

Formación

• High School or GED equivalent required or preferred.
• Retail experience in a store setting is preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs and climbing are required

Responsabilidades

• Provide a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems and greet customers as they enter and depart.
• Maintain store cleanliness, price merchandise and ensure proper stock levels.
• Assist with receiving, stocking and back stock maintenance.
• Support with signage, floor sets and end caps; help with price changes and special orders.
• Communicate issues to the General Manager and participate in store meetings.
