Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Food Clerk to provide customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude, helping keep the store running smoothly and positively impact the community it serves.

You will build rapport with customers, stock displays, and use technology to complete daily tasks while following safety procedures and merchandising standards in Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, and Grocery departments.

• Strong listening and communications skills, face-to-face and virtually.
• Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job-specific technology.
• Problem-solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.
