Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English at an eighth-grade level.
• Ability to validate identification for tobacco/alcohol where required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate station during shift to ensure efficient store performance.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Greet customers, process transactions, and promote store specials.
• Prepare shift reports and maintain store appearance and safety.
• Support execution of the company’s customer service program at the site level.
