Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in State College, PA is seeking a Front End Specialist to deliver excellent customer service, operate the cash register, and uphold store presentation. You will stay knowledgeable about promotions and assist with donations and merchandising to support daily store operations.

Able to help receive shipments, price and stock items, and maintain a welcoming, clean front end for customers.

Qualifications

• Front-end customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of promotions and advertising to assist sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering or approaching the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support donation programs and maintain store appearance.
• Assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, and merchandising.
