Job summary

Subway is seeking a Food Service Team Member to provide excellent customer service, prepare a variety of sandwiches and other menu items, and maintain a clean store environment. You will handle POS transactions and assist with opening/closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Must be 17 or older.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous food service or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Must adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Take orders and provide suggestions based on preferences.
• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other items per Subway standards.
• Handle cash and operate the POS system.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including dining area, restrooms, and kitchen.
• Restock ingredients and monitor inventory.
• Open/close duties as applicable.
• Support teamwork during busy periods.
