Responsibilities

• Perform pre-delivery vehicle prep, learn the delivery area, verify orders for quality and accuracy, follow delivery procedures, and provide quality customer service in person or by phone.
• Work as part of a team, be punctual, support other stations, complete closing duties, and maintain uniform and appearance standards.
• Process order paperwork and payments, handle cash, upsell to increase the check average, distribute door hangers, and protect assets and work areas.
