Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and assist with loading/unloading.
• Demonstrate friendliness and cheerfulness to customers and coworkers.
• Answer phone promptly and transfer to appropriate department.
• Be knowledgeable about product locations and functions.
• Maintain organized check stand and cashier area; count back change accurately.
• Ensure adequate stock of supplies like bags, receipts, and tape.
