This part-time CSR role requires strong communication, basic POS cash handling, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma preferred.
Experience in retail, food service or customer-facing roles preferred.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
CPR and First Aid training a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Greet customers enthusiastically and professionally at checkout.
Deliver accurate checkout service with a friendly attitude.
Communicate current promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations.
Represent the company with professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct.
Operate the POS system for cash, credit, and debit transactions.
Ensure correct change, receipts, refunds or exchanges per policy.
Maintain store presentation, stock shelves, pricing, and displays.
Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines and sanitize equipment.
