Sunset Chevrolet-Buick-GMC in Sarasota, part of Sunset Automotive Group, is hiring a Cashier-Receptionist for full-time, in-person work Monday–Saturday 8–5:30. The role represents the dealership with customers in person and over the phone and involves processing payments and basic clerical tasks.

We value friendly, professional service; prior automotive dealership experience is a plus, and Reynolds & Reynolds and Excel familiarity are helpful.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills, a professional appearance, and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Ability to perform general cashiering duties, including basic math.
• Excellent phone skills, ability to multi-task & general office/computer skills.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, Microsoft Excel, and basic accounting preferred, but not required.
• Previous Automotive dealership experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Represent the dealership by providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Process payments and record them in accounting software.
• File and perform other office/clerical tasks as needed.
