Buehler in Akron is hiring a part-time Cashier: Customer Service Clerk to work at the front end, greeting customers and processing purchases. You will operate the register, scan items, handle cash and card transactions, and ensure accurate tendering and bagging of goods.

The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, speed, and reliability; training is provided to cover policies and procedures. Schedule includes 20–30 hours weekly, nights and weekends as needed.

Formación

• Willing to work 20-30hrs a week including nights and weekends
• Cashiering experience preferred but not required; we will train
• Physical Demands: walking, bending, lifting up to 80 lb regularly

Responsabilidades

• Register customer purchases at the checkstand and operate the electronic register
• Greet customers and provide fast, accurate service
• Tender cash and non-cash transactions; proof checks when needed
• Handle coupons, food stamps, and vouchers; make change and balance the drawer
• Ensure purchases are bagged properly and assist in the FastLanes
