Buehler's Fresh Foods in Clark Corners, OH is seeking a part-time Cashier to handle front-end operations and deliver friendly service. You will greet customers, operate registers, scan items, process cash and non-cash payments, apply coupons and discounts, and help bag groceries while keeping a balanced drawer and maintaining checkout speed.

This role requires availability 20-30 hours weekly including nights and weekends, and on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Cashiering experience preferred but not required – We will train.
• Availability to be scheduled 20-30 hrs a week, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet the customer and operate the checkstand.
• Scan and/or hand-ring items and tender cash and non-cash transactions.
• Proof checks, apply coupons/food stamps/vouchers, and make change.
• Maintain a balanced drawer and ensure purchases are bagged properly.
• Work the FastLanes and interact with customers to ensure a smooth checkout.
