• Clean Service Desk/Kiosk.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance and follow policy.
• Assist in special projects and perform other functions as assigned by supervision.
• Work within management planning guidelines to maintain productivity.
• Support and comply with safety standards; report needed repairs.
• Treat all associates with fairness and respect.
• Perform accurate price checks and manage store supplies.
• Record discrepancies and request price checks as needed.
• Verify customer IDs and adherence to tobacco/alcohol policies.
• Observe security standards and report abnormalities.
• Process transactions including cash, checks, electronic payments, WIC, coupons, gift cards, refunds, etc.
• Secure register when unattended; protect assets.
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards.
• Be knowledgeable about produce items.
