Fresh Thyme Market is hiring for front-end team members to ensure fast, friendly service at checkout and help customers find items with a smile. You will handle cash, checks, and card payments, process returns, and assist in maintaining a clean, organized checkout area while supporting various shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1–2 years grocery retail experience in front end is a plus.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Walk the store before shifts to check promotional items.
• Operate cash register and handle payments plus refunds.
• Greet customers and assist with needs.
• Maintain clean checkout area and organize items.
• Issue coupons, rain checks, and manage returns.
• Support team and adapt to varied hours as needed.
