Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a friendly Cashier to deliver excellent customer service at our travel centers. You will process POS transactions, maintain a clean and stocked food and beverage area, and ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail or quick-service environment.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced environment focused on customer service.
• Greet customers courteously and assist with questions and purchases.
• Process transactions on a POS register and maintain a clean, stocked area.
• Prioritize tasks according to store needs and safety guidelines.
