Job summary

Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate to be the face of the store in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, process sales with our POS system, and maintain a clean, stocked store.

Responsibilities include handling cash, upselling promotions, and assisting customers with pumps, car wash, and air hoses. Must be 18+, with strong communication and reliability; GED or HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
• Ring up sales using the POS system, including lottery, fuel, and prepaid cards.
• Upsell promotions and help customers find what they need.
• Maintain a clean and organized store.
• Operate and maintain food/beverage machines.
• Restock and rotate merchandise using FIFO method.
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Assist customers with pumps, car wash, or air hose as needed.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and safe deposits.
• Follow age-restricted sale laws and complete required training and shift duties.
