Job summary

Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking friendly and reliable Customer Service Associates to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will be the store’s face, delivering quick, friendly service while keeping the shop clean and well stocked.

You will ring up sales on our POS system, manage cash and cards, upsell promotions, and assist customers with pumps, car wash, and food/beverage machines. Training and weekend/holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
• Ring up sales using POS system, handling cash and cards.
• Upsell promotions and assist customers.
• Keep store clean, organized, and stocked.
• Operate food and beverage machines and stock FIFO rotates.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and age-restricted sale laws.
• Assist customers with pumps, car wash, or air hose as needed.
• Complete required training and shift duties.
