Lowe’s cashier position offering flexible hours at a US store location. You’ll deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience and help customers get the best value while maintaining accurate payments and exchanges. You’ll also assist in other store tasks as needed in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have strong math, basic computer use, and excellent communication skills. Prior retail or bilingual abilities are a plus, with opportunities for growth and benefits beyond pay.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• Minimally lift 10 lbs unassisted or over 15 lbs with/without accommodation.
• Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience.
• Proactively assist customers in the self-checkout area.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Manage a cash register, payments, and exchanges.
• Answer customer questions.
• Help maintain a clean, safe workstation.
• Complete other duties as assigned
