Exceed client expectations by handling account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking using mobile app, online banking, and ATMs.
Build relationships by listening, showing empathy, and collaborating with branch teammates to meet financial goals.
Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault or ATM, in compliance with policies.
