Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable of working with a team to determine solutions.
• Ability to travel to Wichita, KS during first week of employment for required week-long training.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and sustain trust.
• Discover clients' life events to tailor banking products.
• Recommend accounts, loans, and services to meet needs.
• Promote bank products and services inside and outside the bank.
• Refer clients to bank partners for additional revenue.
• Demonstrate compliance with procedures and policies.
• Perform teller duties and process transactions as needed.
