Job summary

Guaranty Bank & Trust Co of Delhi seeks a teller to deliver courteous customer service, process deposits and withdrawals, and handle cash transactions accurately. You will support branch operations, verify cash and tickets, and assist customers with checks, debit/credit cards, and ebanking services.

Qualifications

High School Diploma at minimum.
Three years banking experience preferred.
Other qualifications as determined by Directors/President/CEO.

Responsibilities

Provide personal greeting to customers entering the bank.
Verify cash received and cash drawer operations per policy.
Produce cash tickets on teller system as required.
Assist customers with check cashing and deposits/withdrawals.
Help customers with debit/credit card requests and cashier’s checks.
Assist with ebanking product/service inquiries per policy.
Monitor deposits for Regulation CC and funds availability.
Ensure CTR or Suspicious Activity reports are completed as required.
Assist Security Officer with robbery procedures and branch opening/closing.
Support Branch Manager and Operations Officer as needed.
Keep current on banking laws and regulatory changes.
