Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding inquiries, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
