Job summary

Midwest Heritage Bank is seeking a Universal Banker I (Teller) to perform teller and personal banking functions, while promoting Midwest Heritage products and delivering courteous service to customers. The role requires flexibility to work some weekend and evening hours at our retail locations.

You will handle transactions, balance cash drawers, and strive to meet sales goals. Ongoing training ensures you stay knowledgeable about products and services and provide outstanding customer support.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Successful experience in a customer service capacity.
• Previous sales or cash management experience preferred.
• Previous Bank Teller experience is preferred.
• Previous experience must demonstrate the ability to sell, communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-aisle walks and PA announcements as required across retail locations.
• Increase account relationships and attract new customers by introducing them to products and services.
• Achieve sales goals on a continuous basis.
• Process teller transactions and balance cash drawer daily.
• Maintain knowledge of Midwest Heritage products through ongoing training.
