Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months or more of experience in cash handling and customer service.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in cash handling and customer service.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in a Financial Institution and/or Teller experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides an Exceptional Customer Experience.
• Delivers personalized customer service and consistently looks for ways to WOW customers.
• Tackles a variety of financial transactions ranging from check cashing & cash deposits to loan payments to counting currency and coin accurately.
• Maintains accurate records of each customer in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
• Answers customer questions with a can-do attitude, no matter how complex or technical.
• Complies with all security procedures and bank regulations that apply to your position.
• Maintains working knowledge of our policies and procedures that apply to your position.
• Safeguards assigned, branch and customer cash according to Security Procedures.
• Holds financial conversations to determine needs and refer appropriate solutions.
• Identifies referral opportunities to maintain relationships and adds value for all customers.
• Actively cross sells bank products and services.
• Participates in branch or bank wide campaigns.
• Maintains and submits customer referrals and reports as required.
• Works as a team to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
