Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and safety meetings for employees.
• Manage merchandise via planograms and stock rotation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages/markdowns.
• Support planogram implementation and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure cashier accountability, deposits, and refunds are properly handled.
• Assist store operations in the manager's absence.
