Job summary

The Fusion Security Specialist position in Milwaukee, WI 53201 is a part-time role focused on delivering a world-class, secure guest and client experience. You will be the primary contact for safety issues, maintain professional appearance, and uphold high standards of service while following client site rules.

Responsibilities include monitoring site activity, initiating investigations, assisting EMS during emergencies, and managing conflict with discretion in stressful situations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of either military or law enforcement experience.
• Associate's degree or higher in criminal justice or business management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical security; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Advanced safety certifications (EMT, CLSS-HC, etc.) preferred.

The Fusion Security Specialist is responsible for creating a world-class experience while ensuring a safe and secure environment for the client and customers. As such, the Fusion Security Specialist must maintain a professional appearance, speak politely and in a clear tone, and provide the highest level of customer service to address, greet, and direct all personnel. A strong working knowledge of the rules, policies, and procedures for guests and general personnel at the client site is expected. As the primary point of contact for all safety and security issues, the Fusion Security Specialist leverages a thorough understanding of the rules, policies, and procedures applicable to those on the client site. The Fusion Security Specialist reports directly to the Site Manager.
