Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in warehouse and material handling.
• 1+ years’ experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• Outstanding customer service, verbal communication, and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in counter sales, warehouse, and driving tasks to care for customers.
• Provide sales and support to walk-in customers at will-call counters and at off-site deliveries.
• Receive incoming shipments and returns; stock, pick, pack, and document orders.
• Load/unload trucks and perform merchandise deliveries and pickups.
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
• Keep counter area and displays clean, stocked, and safely displayed.
• Process cash sale returns and refunds per policy.
