Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and answer inquiries about merchandise, pricing and promotions.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems to process transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and stock shelves.
• Monitor inventory and inform supervisor when restocking is needed.
• Follow cash handling procedures, discounts, and promotions.
• Keep knowledge of products, promotions and expiration dates up to date.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and handle customer concerns professionally.
