Campbell Oil Company in Delco, NC is hiring a Part Time Minuteman Food Mart Sales Associate to provide friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and operate the register in a fast-paced convenience store setting. You will help locate products, answer questions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner and provide exceptional service.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems to process transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, shelves, displays and product arrangement.
• Stock shelves and displays and ensure proper rotation of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisor when restocking is needed.
• Follow procedures for handling cash, coupons, and discounts.
• Keep knowledge of products up-to-date with new arrivals and promotions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations including opening/closing duties.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
