Responsibilities

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Execute daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management.
• Greets customers as they enter/exit the store and assists them positively.
• Solicits customers to sign up for loyalty programs and financing options.
• Answer phone calls professionally; assist customers in-store and online.
• Operate POS and follow cash handling procedures; process orders.
• Assist in setting promotional signage, price changes, and in-store merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; support audits and loss prevention.
