Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner and provide exceptional service.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for cash, card, and electronic payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves and displays.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with merchandise and ensure proper rotation.
• Follow procedures for handling cash, coupons, and store discounts; monitor inventory and restock as needed.
