Job summary

Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with shifts including weekends. You’ll help keep the space clean, organized, and inviting, while meeting selling goals and fostering customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a team and independently
• Comfortable using electronic devices and cash register

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs to offer personalized recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
• Achieve daily sales goals and contribute to store performance
• Explain and promote Macy's loyalty program and services
• Assist with merchandise moves, sign updates, and price changes
• Provide genuine hospitality and build customer relationships to encourage repeat visits
