Coastal Farm is seeking a customer service oriented associate to maintain store standards, greet customers, answer questions, and help locate products. The role includes phone coverage, radio communication with staff, and knowledge of promotions.

You will assist with merchandising, housekeeping, and basic POS tasks to support sales. Candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be adaptable to changing priorities, and comfortable using a computer and email.

Qualificações

• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments and to shift priorities accordingly.
• Familiar with operating a computer system and email.
• Preferably familiar with standard retail concepts and practices.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer customer questions, and help customers find the location of products.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain knowledge of products Coastal Farm sells and promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Help in other departments when needed.
• Perform daily cleaning and related department maintenance.
