Responsibilities

• Build rapport and provide excellent service following the T.R.E.A.T. model.
• Operate a cash register, process transactions accurately, assist customers with inquiries and purchases.
• Promote donations, loyalty programs and special offers company-wide.
• Maintain displays, restock areas and ensure OSJL merchandising standards.
• Unload deliveries and prepare merchandise for sale according to company processes.
• Collaborate with team and communicate improvement opportunities to store leadership.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a neat, safe environment for customers and associates.
• Perform janitorial tasks and keep the store clean and organized.
