Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences in our USA Sierra Store 0212 Chesterfield MI. You will engage with customers, process transactions, promote loyalty programs, and maintain store standards.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. A flexible schedule and collaborative team work are expected, with training provided for store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver excellent customer experience to every customer.
• Rings purchases/returns accurately and handles cash per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the floor.
• Supports store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Contributes to safety, loss prevention, and shrink reduction goals.
• Assists in other duties as needed.
