Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our Bloomington stores. You will help shape store success and contribute to company growth through on-brand service and teamwork.

Key duties include driving sales, managing inventory and merchandise, and maintaining health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Relevant experience and a customer-centric attitude are prized.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role preferred.
• Customer-centric and able to deliver outstanding service.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandising and promotional strategies.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipments, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales and operational goals.
• Perform Additional duties and projects as required.
