Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a key point of contact for customers in our store. You will help customers find merchandise, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and ensure a clean, organized store environment that supports profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, unpacking and stocking products, building displays, and assisting with store operations as directed by the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read planograms and follow merchandising guidance.
• Basic cash handling and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
