Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to help customers, keep the store appealing, and assist with transactions. You will greet shoppers, manage stock, and maintain clean, well-organized displays.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, able to work evenings/weekends, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. A High School diploma or GED is preferred; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and assists on the sales floor.
• Processes transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintains store cleanliness and visual presentation.
• Restocks shelves and rotates stock as needed.
• Engages with customers to support the Round Up goal.
• Reports cleanliness or visual issues to management.
