Responsibilities

• Demonstrates enthusiasm, cordial attitude, and courteous customer interactions.
• Greets customers promptly, maintains eye contact, and thanks customers at checkout and exit.
• Engages with customers on the sales floor and provides assistance as needed.
• Processes transactions quickly and accurately within cash handling guidelines.
• Assists with stocking and presenting fresh product on the sales floor.
• Rotates stock and maintains floor cleanliness and order.
• Supports store goals and visual presentation of end caps and displays.
• Keeps wrap desks free of clutter and ensures clearance on the floor.
• Maintains all floor visuals and signage, addressing issues with management when necessary.
• Adheres to safety, privacy, and store policies at all times.
• Occasional shifts may occur evenings/weekends per business needs.
