Responsibilities

• Assist Customers on the sales floor and at the register, greeting with eye contact and a smile.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure merchandise presentation meets guidelines.
• Provide prompt and courteous service, answer questions, and escalate issues to Store Leadership when needed.
• Follow loss prevention and MOS policies and Safeguard confidential information and payments.
• Represent the Ross brand by upholding integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
