Dollar General is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to help maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist with supervision, merchandise presentation, deposits, and cashiering, while protecting assets and maximizing profitability.

The role requires leadership to open/close the store, train staff, manage inventories, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and policies.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer service and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Schedule staff and train employees.
• Manage merchandise through stock, receiving, displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory and cash controls.
• Ensure planograms and store integrity.
