Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our retail pharmacy team. You will fulfill prescription needs with precision, provide patient counseling, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and all local, state, and federal laws while maintaining a professional image.

You will monitor inventory, manage records for scheduled drugs, supervise staff adherence to procedures, and uphold Kroger policy standards to deliver strong service and patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing required.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with accuracy.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws (including HIPAA).
